Dancing With Cerebral Palsy

When doctors diagnosed Jerron Herman with cerebral palsy hemiplegia, they told him he wouldn't be able to clothe or feed himself, and that he would need assistance with nearly everything he did. Not only did Herman prove them wrong, he went on to realize his dream of dancing professionally. For the past six years, he has danced with Heidi Latsky Dance, a company that integrates people with disabilities. Armed with impeccable balance, an unstoppable drive and a refusal to submit to any limitations of his physical diagnosis, Herman is helping break stereotypes of people with disabilities.
