Long before “gluten free” became a global food industry trend, the Tupi people of Northeastern Brazil were making a cassava-flour flatbread called beiju. Centuries later, in 2015, Brazilian business partners Sócrates and Gustavo joined forces to bring it to London. At their Beijummy foodshop, they offer a beiju wrap filled love and fresh, natural ingredients.
